The manor house Boskovice

The bachelor's thesis is based on studio project created in the summer semester of the second year of undergraduate studies. The task was the renewal solutions and new use of the building with a loft, currently unused, the building of the Manor house in Boskovice. Manor house is located in a conservation area near the center of Boskovice, district Blansko. This historically protected building complex of farm Boskovice castle is a valuable urban property. After a fire in 1823 was rebuilt, but its appearance has remained virtually unchanged. The biggest change has passed the east wing, which was built a new roof, and arcades were walled up. Currently, the building unused and falling into disrepair. The courtyard is overgrown gas distributor greenery and paved areas are in a state of devastation. The aim was to restore the place of its historical value and use of the building to the public for recreation and leisure activities. In its current form and historically valuable buildings renaissance details will not be interfered with in any way, and nothing will be demolished, but in the context of the return of state in historical terms, it is about restoring monuments. Outbuildings were designed with understated approach so as to not disrupt the architectural structures countenance, but they gave him a new modern concept. The material on these new features is the corroded steel. It was a merger of the two approaches to architecture in a different century. The building consists of a deck above the newly exploited attic for accommodation and part of the basement is also three separate cellars. Existing structures will be redeveloped. Construction work will be carried out mainly in the context of treatment available, change sanitary rooms, new loft conversion and conversion use. Ventilation of culture house

Aim of this thesis is to design a ventilation system of the culture house. It was designed two devices equal pressure ventilation and cooling. They are designed central air handling units, complemented by a split system and fan coil units, drain remaining heat load. The first device is designed for foyer with the adjacent sanitary facilities serving and the second one is designed for training hall. The theoretical part is focused on air systems of air condition.
Airconditioning for Banking center

This bachelor’s thesis looks into the proposal of ventilation for a banking center. In detail there are solved all rooms including large halls and sanitary facilities. The building is two-floor. Halls and conference rooms are air-conditioned by central air-conditioning equipment. Heat load is partially conducted away by under-ceiling fancoils and partially by air-conditioning equipment. Sanitary facilities and offices are ventilated by the second device. The theoretical part is focused on the combined air-conditioning systems.
Renovation of the castle in Velké Němčice

This bachelor thesis deals with the restoration of a castle in Velké Němčice. The thesis builds on an architectural study carried out in the AG033 course of the Restoration of Monuments Studio. The task of the thesis is to create a complete project for the appropriate restoration and reconstruction of the castle and to propose its new utilization. At the same time, the thesis focuses on the solution of the castle's immediate surroundings. The object of the solution will be designed as a socially cultural object with administrative functions. The castle should serve as a new town hall, and in accordance with this, the following rooms will be created in the castle: a ceremonial hall, information center, mayor's office, secretary's office, registry office, accountant's office, archive, library, club room, refreshment facility, and interactive room. To achieve the implementation of the new operation in the castle, the correct restoration of the historical object is necessary. Using surveys and historical sources, I examine the architectural values and construction of the building. I strive to preserve historically significant layers, remove intrusive modern elements, and return the object its original expression. With the help of new technologies, I also strive to preserve the building for future generations. I propose minimum use of modern structures and elements, and therefore mainly focus on proper reconstruction and restoration.
Air condition of multifunction object

The first part of bachelor’s thesis is used to outline the steam circulation of cooling with a focus on compressor cooling. The second part deals with the desing of air technology for the first floor multifunctional building. All the main rooms and the sanitary facilities of all functional units are solved in detail. The heat load coverage will be coveres by an indirect cooling system in combination with the air-conditioning system. In the last part the documentation for the realization of these air technology devices is processed.
Air heating in the sport hall

The main goal of the bachelor’s thesis „name“ is designing an air conditioning device for a sport hall and its social facilities. A solution must fulfill functional, hygienic and operational requirements for the specific microclimate of sport halls. The device is designed to cover heat losses in winter as well as for cool down heat gains during summer. At the beginning a microbiological and an aerosol microclimate in an air conditioning are considered. In the next part of the thesis the required performance of the device is calculated. In the third part is the documentation of both devices is attached.
Woman´s Clothing Factory

The bachelor thesis " WOMAN´S CLOTHING FACTORY" is processed in the form of architectural and engineering studies and project documentation for construction of this building. It contains all the requirements needed in accordance with valid regulations. The designed object is located in the city district Brno - Zidenice, on the Rokytova street. The whole building is supposed to cause a compact impression. The building is designed for the fashion brand Miu Miu. This fact reflects the whole concept of the project. On one hand, the building is supposed to be simple, with the elements of minimalism, variety of colors and contrast, but on the other hand, an elegant form of this building is preserved. This building is a factory building, focusing on the women's designer clothing. The object is orientated south-west, it is set into a deeply sloping terrain and it has three floors. Its character is monolithic reinforced concrete frame, which is complemented with masonry filling Ytong. The building is divided into several operating parts. The manufacturing, storage and technical plants are located on the ground floor. The air conditioning and office facilities are located on the second floor. The catering plant, together with social and sanitary facilities and administrative part are located on the third floor.
SMS Enterprise Premises

The building for small and medium business is located on the outskirts of the city of Brno in Modřice. In close proximity there is a shopping center Olympia, Giga Sport and discount furniture. The building is designed as a compact mass, which is divided horizontally into two different sectors of manufacturing industry and administrative offices. The production hall is vertically extends through the first two floors and part of her administration is appropriate in the southern part of the building. In the northern part of the premises is located warehouses and production supply. The third floor is a separate space for administrative purposes with its own entrance from the eastern part. The building meets the standard for low power consumption and a flat roof can be used to store solar collectors for energy and hot water. Each location in the building is wheelchair solved. The facade is divided horizontally by three colors black, gray and white. Window are designed as french windows vertical contrast to the color of the facade. The building offers maximum versatility, functionality and potential jobs
Café club BIKROS FAVORIT Brno - Komárov

The theme of the bachelor thesis is the proposal of the Café club Bikros Favorit at Hněvkovského street in the Brno-Komárov district. The aim of this work is to create an architectural and urbanistic concept whose function will be of great benefit to the users of the area and the racetrack and to the general public. It is a three-story building with flat roofs. The terrace, which allows access to the starting hill, is covered and walked all over the area. Access to this terrace is also possible outside the ramp, which borders a starting hill from one side. It is created by leaning against the northern wall in a certain part of the building. The building then becomes a part of the racetrack. The whole structure is designed from simple shapes in the form of a block. The flat terrain did not complicate the laying of the building on the land. On the south - west corner there is a café for perfect view and connection to the cycle path. The proposed pre-space responds to the local road and cycle path along the Svratka river. Entrance 1st ground floor can be divided into two parts. The larger are the club spaces, accessible from the east side. From the long central corridor, we have access to bicycle storage, bicycle service, cleaning rooms, women's and girl's cloakroom and sanitary facilities, and four identical dressing rooms and hygiene for men and boys. At the end of the corridor we find stairs. The second part includes a café - coffee & snack bar, accessible from the south. The main area is adjacent to the toilet for visitors (men, women, immobile), a cleaning room and a smaller warehouse. There is also an area of staff and supply - cloakroom and hygiene, garbage storage, food and beverage storage and preparation that is connected to the bar. Individually accessible from the outside are the infirmary and the technical room. 2nd floor offers a club for leisure or social events and meetings. There are also a small kitchen and the coach’s office.
Airconditioning of sports centre

The aim of the present bachelor thesis is to design air-conditioning devices in specific sections of a sports centre. The individual devices are designed to meet the hygienic, operational and functional requirements as demanded by the indoor microclimate of the premises. Devices 1 and 2 ensure the indoor air circulation, coverage of heat loss in winter and heat rise in sum-mer. Device 3 serves as a hot air ventilator for the hygienic facilities. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the issue of coolers. The practical part comprises of a proposal of three specific air-conditioning devices operating in a restaurant, squash courts and hygienic facilities. The result of the thesis is a project documentation of two air-conditioning devices for the given premises.
